These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern the use of services provided Pro Document Prep ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") to clients ("Client," "you," or "your") for document preparation services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Services Provided.
Document Prep offers professional document preparation services, which may include but are not limited to:
Legal document preparation (e.g., contracts, wills, powers of attorney)
Business documents (e.g., incorporation, contracts, NDAs)
Immigration forms and petitions
Estate planning and related services
Tax forms
Personal and business document drafting and editing
Important Note: We are not attorneys, and our services do not include legal advice. Our role is limited to preparing documents based on the information you provide. 2. Client Responsibilities.
To use our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information necessary for the preparation of documents.
Review all prepared documents to ensure they meet your needs before submission or filing.
Consult with an attorney if you require legal advice or guidance regarding your documents.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the use of the documents.
Notify us promptly if there are any changes or corrections needed.
3. Fees and Payment.
You agree to pay the fees outlined for the document preparation services rendered.
All fees are due before the commencement of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
We accept payment by credit/debit card, cash app, or cash.
If you fail to make payment or cancel services after work has begun, you may still be responsible for any fees incurred up to that point.
4. Confidentiality and Privacy.
We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all information provided by you. Any personal, legal, or financial information you share with us will be used solely for the purpose of document preparation.
We will not share your personal information with third parties unless required by law or as necessary to complete the services.
We maintain appropriate safeguards to protect your information but cannot guarantee the absolute security of any information transmitted electronically.
5. Disclaimers.
No Legal Advice: We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice. We do not provide guidance on the legal consequences of any document, nor do we interpret the law. You should consult with an attorney if you need legal advice.
Accuracy of Documents: While we strive for accuracy in preparing documents, we cannot guarantee that documents prepared by us will be accepted by all parties or agencies. It is your responsibility to review and ensure the documents comply with the relevant laws or regulations.
6. Limitation of Liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pro Document Prep will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services or the documents prepared by us.
Our liability to you will be limited to the amount paid for the specific services provided under this Agreement.
7. Termination.
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. Upon termination:
If services have been rendered, you will be required to pay for the work completed.
If services are incomplete or have not been started, you may request a refund as determined by the payment terms.
8. Indemnification.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pro Document Prep, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of this Agreement, or any applicable laws.
9. Governing Law.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this Agreement will be resolved in the courts located in Oklahoma County, state of Oklahoma.
10. Amendments.
We reserve the right to modify or amend these Terms of Service at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes, and your continued use of our services will constitute your acceptance of the updated terms.
